Terms and Conditions – MLN Recovery
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by MLN Recovery ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "your"). By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Availability
We offer vehicle breakdown and recovery services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services are available across United Kingdom , subject to availability and operating conditions.
3. Call-Out Fees
All call-out fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the service, including but not limited to:

If you cancel after we have been dispatched.

If the vehicle is gone upon arrival.

If recovery is not required once we attend.

If roadside repair is not possible.
4. Your Responsibilities
You must:

Ensure the vehicle is in a safe location for us to attend.

Provide accurate information regarding the vehicle and the nature of the fault.

Be present at the scene or arrange for someone with the keys and relevant documents to attend.
5. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to:

Refuse service if the situation is deemed unsafe for our staff.

Subcontract services to third-party providers when necessary.

Decline assistance for vehicles not legally roadworthy or if assistance would breach the law.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or any circumstance beyond our control.
6. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before or upon completion of the service.

We accept [cash/card/bank transfer – amend as applicable].

Non-payment will result in the withholding of your vehicle and/or legal action.
7. Liability
While we aim to carry out our services with reasonable care and skill:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or contents.

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, you must do so before we are dispatched. If we have already been dispatched, call-out charges will apply and are non-refundable.
9. Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or where required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
